    • January 3 - January 31
    • April 1 - May 31
    • September 1 - September 30
    • November 1 - December 18
  2. Mid Season: $89/Night
    • February 1 - March 31
    • June 1 - June 30
    • October 1 - October 31
  3. High Season: $109/Night
    • July 1 - August 31
  4. Holiday Season: $119/Night
    • December 19 - January 2

Rates for Unit 314 (2 Bedrooms):

  1. Low Season: $69/Night
    • January 3 - January 31
    • April 1 - May 31
    • September 1 - September 30

  2. Mid Season: $79/Night
